EPC for Community Centre
We provided an EPC survey at Denmead Community Centre and it was encouraging to see the steps already taken to reduce energy use in an older building. Some of the measures in place include: ☀️ 22kWp solar array 💡 LED lighting in the main halls 🟢 PIR sensors for smarter energy use Beyond the building itself, the centre has also invested in planted areas, water butts and compost bins — a clear commitment to sustainability.


Delivering EPCs Across a Commercial Portfolio

Resolution Energy recently supported Eastleigh Borough Council in preparing an Energy Statement to accompany a planning application for a proposed development of 192 new homes. The Energy Statement was developed to demonstrate compliance with local and national planning policy, focusing on reducing energy demand, improving efficiency, and lowering carbon emissions across the scheme.
