We welcome the publication of the Good Homes Alliance's new tool to assess overheating risk in retrofit and existing homes.
The tool helps designers to identify risk factors for overheating and also highlights the opportunities for retrofit to contribute not only to overheating risk mitigation, but also improvements in air quality and energy efficiency.
