LABC Awards

We’re pleased to hear that Testwood Club, Totton has been named a Regional Winner at the LABC Building Excellence Awards 2025.

We supported New Forest District Council with the energy strategy for the scheme, from initial planning application through to handover and issue of EPCs. Working closely with the Design Team including Boulter Mossman Construction Consultants, MH Architects and FE Chase and Son Contractors.

The specification was guided by the Future Homes Standard, incorporating air source heat pumps and solar PV. The project is a great example of how low-rise flats can successfully integrate heat pumps to achieve energy-efficient performance.
