Delivering EPCs Across a Commercial Portfolio

Resolution Energy recently supported a property management client with the delivery of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for a diverse range of commercial units, all located within a single, mixed-use site near Waterlooville. The portfolio included a busy restaurant and several retail and office spaces units.

The site benefits from a large solar PV array, contributing on-site renewable generation and influencing the overall energy performance. With the variety of uses came multiple mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems which require accurate documentation for the EPC.

Our Assessor carried out surveys of each unit, taking the time to understand how the different M&E systems operated in practice and how the shared solar PV system impacted energy consumption and ratings. By combining technical expertise with a practical, site-specific approach, Resolution Energy was able to produce accurate, compliant EPCs across the entire portfolio.

The result was a smooth, coordinated process that gave the client clear insight into the energy performance of their assets, while supporting ongoing compliance and future energy improvement planning.
