Many Planning Authorities require new developments to meet energy performance standards over and above the minimum requirements of the Building Regulations.
You may be asked to meet a carbon emission reduction target, demonstrate a contribution from renewable energy sources, or meet a water efficiency target.
Resolution Energy will help you to understand the requirements that need to be met and work with you to develop an energy strategy for the development. We have experience of working on Planning Applications for a wide range of development types including houses, flats, conversions and Listed Buildings.
We can provide the reports and calculations needed to submit your application and can liaise with the Planning Officer if needed.
