EPC for Community Centre

We provided an EPC survey at Denmead Community Centre and it was encouraging to see the steps already taken to reduce energy use in an older building.

Some of the measures in place include:

🟢 PIR sensors for smarter energy use

Beyond the building itself, the centre has also invested in planted areas, water butts and compost bins — a clear commitment to sustainability.
