Overview
We worked closely with New Forest District Council, and their contractor F.E. Chase, as the Energy Consultant for this new build development of 12 flats.
What we did
Provided an Energy Statement in support of the planning application for the scheme.
Undertook energy modelling for the tender of the scheme, determining the specification needed to meet the Government's proposed Future Homes Standard.
Carried out full SAP calculations for the construction stage.
Issued Energy Performance Certificates.
