Overview
We have supported New Forest District Council extensively with analysis to support the development of their Greener Housing Strategy.

Energy modelling of key property types to understand their carbon emissions, EPC ratings and running costs for residents
Development of retrofit packages to meet affordable warmth and decarbonisation targets
Analysis and costing of energy performance standards for the new build housing programme
Calculation of the carbon emission footprint of the housing stock
