The Brief

NEF’s SuperHomes mission is to “create a network of one million SuperHomes by the year 2030 to influence and inspire others in their journey to energy efficient home renovation.”

Our role was to provide technical consultancy to support the redevelopment of their SuperHomes Rating Scheme.

What we did

Working closely with NEF’s Project Team, we have:

• Undertaken energy modelling to determine the performance bands that form the basis of the five-star rating scheme

• Provided surveys and retrofit plans for social housing properties to pilot the rating scheme with a number of Landlord partners

• Delivered training courses for SuperHomes Assessors

• Provided ongoing technical support and quality assurance for the delivery of the SuperHomes project in the Petersfield and Winchester areas
