We really appreciate feedback from our valued clients. Thank you to the Project Manager for the Vicarage Hill development in Alton, for his thoughts on our recent advice on meeting a Planning condition from East Hants District Council.
"Resolution Energy was very helpful in providing us a a detailed SAP Calculation for our development in Alton. Our build comprises of a row of three terraced town houses, which had a requirement under the pre planning conditions to achieve a 10% saving from renewable energy.
Claire at Resolution Energy was very knowledgeable in detailing the right spec of insulation for the different areas of the buildings. Reducing the amount of external access points to the outside environment for ventilation by using an MEV system, will make the houses as efficient as possible for the new owners.
Looking at renewable energy, Resolution Energy came up with a solar panel scheme for each of the houses, which will reduce the electrical demand for each of the houses from the national grid. This will be a huge saving for the residents."
With work now moving forward on site, we look forward to seeing the scheme progress.
